Payment & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all auto upholstery cleaning and interior restoration services provided by A All Access Water Damage ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the website aawaterfix.com . By booking our services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to comply with these terms in accordance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking or as outlined in a written service agreement. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, verified online payment platforms, and electronic checks (ACH). All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Clients must provide accurate billing and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation of scheduled services.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not issued once services have commenced due to the custom nature of interior cleaning and restoration. Refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion in cases including:

  • Service cancellation by the Company before work begins.
  • Failure to perform services as specified in the service agreement.
  • Duplicate or incorrect billing processed by the Company.

4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel appointments with at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a partial refund, after deduction of administrative fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Any custom packages, multi-vehicle services, or additional materials purchased for a service are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to preparation and material costs.

6. Dispute Resolution

For questions or disputes regarding payments or refunds, clients should contact the Company directly. Any unresolved disputes may be addressed under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
